4. Payments

Mom List uses Stripe, Inc. to securely process payments from Moms and payouts to Helpers.

Payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Mom List does not store complete credit card or debit card numbers on its servers.

Your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Background Checks

To help promote the safety of our community, Helpers may be required to complete a background check before becoming eligible to accept tasks.

Background checks are conducted through Checkr, Inc., a third-party background screening provider.

To complete the screening process, certain personal information may be shared with Checkr as necessary to verify identity and conduct the background check. Background check results may affect eligibility to participate as a Helper on the Mom List platform.

6. How We Share Information

We may share your information:

Between Moms and Helpers as reasonably necessary to complete booked services
With Stripe for payment processing
With Checkr for Helper background screenings
With cloud hosting providers and technology vendors that help operate our Services
With analytics providers
With customer support providers

Mom List uses location information to help connect Moms with nearby Helpers and improve the safety and functionality of the platform.

Match users based on proximity
Display available tasks

Verify that a Helper has arrived at a task location when applicable

Location information is only collected when you grant permission through your device settings. You may disable location access at any time, although certain features of the Services may not function properly.

Your precise address is shared only with the Helper assigned to your booked task and only as reasonably necessary to complete that service.
